I'm sure I tested Stephen's patience along the way - and that is one of his "strong points".

Stephen was always very easy to communicate with, returning my calls and/or emails promptly.

Any questions I needed answers to were quickly and thoroughly addressed and his referrals to other real estate professionals needed for the sale were "spot on".

Indeed, we, too, found him to be the best realtor. What made him the best?

First, Stephen is personable, warm, and caring. He listens, figures out what you want, and dispenses good advice. He arranged showings on short notice, accompanied us to many viewings, and shared information about the buildings we visited.

Since we are from out-of-town, we benefitted from his many contacts. He referred us to an excellent lawyer, a building inspector, and offered to be the contact person in Victoria for any issues. On possession day he went to our condo and took pictures, using zoom to chat with us.

Working with Stephen was absolutely fantastic. Our situation had many complexities since we were moving back to Canada and our income was from overseas. We just recently moved to Victoria and didn’t know anything about the city before meeting Stephen. We are very lucky to have met him. We can’t thank Stephen enough for all he did to help us find our new home in Victoria B.C. We were buying from out of province and did two trips to do some intensive house viewing. Before we actually got to Victoria, Stephen managed to keep us continually updated regarding the condos for sale that met our established criteria. There was never a hint of pressure as he forwarded the particulars of properties in neighbourhoods that were of interest, whose asking prices were within our means and that offered many features on our “wish” list.

It was when we actually got ourselves to Victoria that Stephen’s strengths as a realtor really shone. He was attentive, focused and determined to find an ideal home for us. My husband and I feel very fortunate that Stephen was on our team as we purchased our first condo. As first-time home buyers, we had no idea of the purchasing process or what to expect. We met Stephen when we joined a virtual open house he was hosting. While we didn’t end up buying that property, Stephen reached out to help us find the perfect home. We live in Ottawa, and had been remotely looking for a house for months. We had planned a visit to look at homes and different places on the Island and Stephen simply took over.
